Cheese fondue in the historical wine cellar

Enjoy an authentic Swiss tradition at the cosy wine cellar of the historic Fort Malakoff during a classic Swiss cheese fondue from the Emmental. The Hyatt Regency team in Mainz offers a carefree package that includes complementary drinks and dessert.
Cheese fondue evenings take place on the following Sundays, starting at 6:00 pm, and are priced at 42 Euro per person.

Select from a traditional cheese fondue with white wine or an extraordinary fondue with hops – both of which will be accompanied by potatoes, bread, vegetables as well as compote and other little treats.
