In 2025, Marcel Speidel from EDELBEEF invites guests to the courtyard garden of the Hyatt Regency Mainz for an authentic asado experience. More than just a barbecue, asado is a South American tradition that embodies conviviality, sharing, and the art of slow grilling. Originating in Argentina and Uruguay, it involves cooking meat over wood or charcoal at low temperatures to enhance the flavours. This celebration focuses on simple, quality ingredients and shared enjoyment with family and friends. Savour deliciously grilled pork neck and boiled beef, complemented by a rich BBQ buffet and drinks.
