The Asparagus Season Is Here

The time has finally come: we look forward to ringing in the asparagus season with you at the Hyatt Regency Mainz. Whether classic or refined, vegetarian or with a light fish or meat garnish: here you can enjoy the best German asparagus, creatively refined with fresh regional ingredients. To celebrate the king vegetable in style, our themed dinner in May is also dedicated to asparagus. On 22 May 2024, a springtime 4-course menu with a corresponding glass of wine for each course awaits you in our wine boutique. Our guests are an asparagus farmer and a regional winery.
