Christmas Flavours

On December 25th and 26th, 2020  beginning at 12:30 pm we welcome you to a brunch with a twist. A mix of buffet and menu awaits you. A Christmas aperitif or a glass of champagne and hot drinks are included. We also will be serving delicious Christmas cookies with your coffee. You can start by enjoying your own starter platter with a variety of culinary delights. The highlight will be our live pasta station, which has homemade pasta in truffle cream sauce and freshly sliced Perigord truffles for you.

The main course can be chosen from following three options:

Braised ox cheek
Red cabbage, oven-braised vegetables, grape jus and celery puree

Grilled Label Rouge Salmon fillet with orange crust
Spinach leaves, watercress and crayfish saffron risotto

Couscous Salad (vegan)
Oven-braised vegetables, soy walnut dip and lentil patty

Enjoy a variety of dessert surprises as well as a rich cheese buffet with Swiss organic cheese, grapes and fruit bread.
