This spring our cooking classes are once again fresh, innovative and extraordinary. Our first class in April starts with a visit at the local farmers market in Mainz where we will select the best ingredients for the summer cuisine together with our head chef. Or, for our beef-lovers, enjoy the June class and learn everything there is to know about the maturation process of the Premium beef of FleischPur.

Gourmet Club members will receive a €10 discount on the stated price (valid for 2 people per Gourmet Club member), which includes corresponding drinks, recipes and a Hyatt giveaway. Classes take place in the show kitchen of the historic “Palatorium” within the Fort Malakoff.
