Canadian Alain Bossé will spoil you with seafood specialities

High-ranking visitor to the Bellpepper restaurant: in late summer we have Alain Bossé as our guest chef. Also known as “The Kilted Chef”, he has experienced many of the world’s cuisines. He has shared his expertise and love for local ingredients with people from near and far. Outfitted in his signature kilt and undeniable flair for cooking with locally sourced ingredients, he has earned a reputation as the culinary ambassador of the Canadian island of Nova Scotia. Assess for yourself his cooking skills. A variety of seafood specialities such as lobster and scallops will feature on the dinner menu.

Our themed dinner in June is also all about “The Kilted Chef”. On the Bellpepper Terrace we serve a 4-course dinner personally created for you by the chef, which will reflect the entire culinary diversity of the Canadian island of Nova Scotia.
