Canadian Alain Bossé will spoil you with seafood specialities

In June 2026, we will once again be welcoming Alain Bossé as our guest chef. The ‘Kilted Chef’ is travelling the world to share his culinary knowledge and passion for regional ingredients. Dressed in traditional kilts and with a fine feel for the cuisine of his homeland, he has made a name for himself as a culinary ambassador for Canada. You can look forward to his unique cooking skills and enjoy a selection of seafood specialities such as lobster and scallops on our dinner menu.
