Canadian Alain Bossé will spoil you with seafood specialities

In June 2025, we will once again be welcoming Alain Bossé as our guest chef. The ‘Kilted Chef’ is travelling the world to share his culinary knowledge and passion for regional ingredients. Dressed in traditional kilts and with a fine feel for the cuisine of his homeland, he has made a name for himself as a culinary ambassador for Canada. You can look forward to his unique cooking skills and enjoy a selection of seafood specialities such as lobster and scallops on our dinner menu.

The Bellepper Sunday brunch in June is also all about ‘Kilted Chef’. Look forward to fresh seafood, Canadian classics and live cooking directly from the chef himself.

Cookery Course

And if you would like to cook with Alain Bossé, you can do so at an exclusive lobster cookery course.

Lobsters are on the menus of the world’s best restaurants. These hard-shelled friends from the sea are a popular delicacy, and rightly so, but it takes some effort to prepare them. We’ll show you that it’s worth it. In the cookery course with the ‘Kilted Chef’, Alain Bossé, you will learn how to expertly shuck and prepare lobster.
