Once again, the creative minds at Hyatt Regency Mainz are putting their heads together. This year, you can look forward to another culinary JamSession with wines from Rhine-Hesse and delicious culinary highlights from the region. After our chefs have created the sequence of dishes, the experienced sommelier Christina Fischer will select the perfect wine pairing for each course. When both components are brought together, and the aromas are carefully matched to one another, a holistic experience to please the senses will be created.
