The new gastronomic format at Fort Malakoff with celebrity guest chefs

In October and November 2024 and January 2025, our Palatorium will become the stage for an exclusive pop-up restaurant. From Thursday to Saturday, you can expect exceptional menus from three outstanding guest chefs. Experience culinary diversity at the highest level!

  • October 2024: Start with impressive creations by Sebastian Koutek, who brings the best of six years of EO Restaurant to us with his South American-inspired cuisine and promises unforgettable flavour experiences.

 

  • November 2024: Frank Brunswig, the well-known SWR television chef, inspires with his creative, regional specialities. In his words: ‘Fresh, seasonal and with a lot of love… you can see that too. On the plate, that is.’

 

  • January 2025: Dirk Maus from Sandhof in Heidesheim brings traditional Rhine-Hessian hospitality with creative gourmet cuisine to the Palatorium. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to the reservation/order without incurring a charge. 2-4 days in advance we charge 50%. From one day in advance, or upon non-appearance we will charge 100%.
