Prepare to be amazed by numerous live cooking stations set against the backdrop of the open show kitchen at the Bellpepper Restaurant. Our talented Hyatt kitchen team will craft innovative dishes right before your eyes, alongside esteemed guest chefs Philipp Stein, Dirk Maus, Kevin Petersen, Sebastian Schmidt, Christian Decker, and Daniel Immerheiser. Each chef will showcase their personal favourite dish—authentic, refined, and bursting with passion.
The exquisite wines are sourced from the Maxime Herkunft Rheinhessen winegrowers—an association renowned for precision craftsmanship, clear origins, and a commitment to quality. These characterful wines, ranging from crisp Riesling to elegant Burgundy, are thoughtfully paired with the dishes. Best of all, the winemakers will be present, personally pouring their wines at the stations and sharing fascinating insights into their origins, styles, and philosophies.
Delightful discoveries await beyond the cooking stations: we’ll welcome you with a glass of exquisite sparkling Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte—a chic start to a memorable evening. Cheese enthusiasts will revel in the exceptional buffet of Jumi cheese from Switzerland, offering intense and surprising flavour sensations. This is complemented by a selection of artisan bread specialties from the Köstner bakery—aromatic, hearty, and perfectly suited to the evening’s diverse flavours.
