Winemaker’s Table: Iberian Peninsula
The upcoming Winemaker’s Table is a journey across Iberian peninsula. On 23 March 2019, we will be welcoming winemakers from Spain and Italy. In a relaxed atmosphere, they will introduce their favorite wines. Iberian delicacies from the Hyatt kitchen will round off the evening.
Take the opportunity to sample a selection of top-quality wines and learn about the characteristics of Iberian wines as well as the different grape varieties from our sommelier. There will also be a chance to buy the presented wines.
Gourmets and wine lovers will be equally happy on this evening, with a great menu which is perfectly matched with the wines. An unforgettable evening awaits you as you discover, relax, laugh and enjoy.

Iberian tapas plate
Spanish Paella Clásica, king prawn, scallop, saddle of rabbit, mussels, calamari
Steak of Iberico pork, chorizo foam, braised bellpepper, potato tortilla
Crema Catalana, Pastel de Nata, orange compote, sorbet
The menu, including aperitif, corresponding wines, water and coffee costs 99 Euro per person (89 Euro per person for Gourmet Club members*). The event starts at 6:30 PM.
