Chef de Cuisine
Chef de Cuisine Daniel Göhler enriches the culinary leadership of the Restaurant Bellpepper with his open and creative personality. Born in the area of the Erz mountains, he stayed down-to-earth, although he has brought a lot of experience along with him from international kitchens of the world. Daniel is a chef with passion in an open kitchen, surprising guests every time with original and innovative cuisine.
Restaurant leader Eike Rupp is a host with heart and soul. Since the age of 17, he has been an integral part of the Hyatt team in Mainz. After successfully completing his professional training and after different positions in the banquet and bar areas of the hotel, he has led Bellpepper Restaurant since January 2016. As a caring person with a warm and easy character, he listens to every guest and helps deliver every culinary desire.
